KS REPRESENTATIVE : DANNY SUPA
Pics from Transworld and Intro by Aaron Hansen
Its hard finding shit to post about Danny, but when we do its always worth it. The Birdman aka The Professional College Student aka Mr. MacDougal Street, the man – Stephane Yang found this today in the archives of Transworld Skateboarding.com.
Check out the 20 Questions with him back from 2004. Not much has changed, except for the sponsors, Danny is still one of the most humble, talented and coolest people you’ll meet. Check the article below.
20 Questions with Danny Supa
Since he was launched into the life of skateboard sponsorship ten years ago, Danny Supa’s unworldly pop and amazing switch skills have contributed to what is one of the smoothest and cleanest styles in skateboarding.
Besides a year out in San Diego riding for Tree Fort as an am at sixteen, that clean style was honed on the dirtiest streets of Manhattan-streets where his skate family was defined by not just the tight friendships of the local skateboarders, but under the umbrella of a company, Zoo York.
About a year ago Danny split ways with Zoo York and linked up with longtime buddy, overall mentor, and King of Boston, Robbie Gangemi and his Vehicle skateboards. Family under the company guise, albeit a slightly different group of skateboarders, exists once again for Danny, but more importantly skate fam remains and always will remain skate fam-no matter what companies are associated with whom.

VINTAGE NEW YORK : COCA CRYSTAL
Words By Jimmy Papers
The Coca Crystal Show
Coca Crystal is the star & producer of the cult classic NYC
Anti-authoritarian public access show “If I Can’t Dance, You Can Keep
Your Revolution.” The show ran from 77’ – 95’, I caught the tail end
of the live broadcasts but missed the real heavy hitters from her late
70’s & early 80’s shows.
Recently she un-vaulted a bunch of her material. Coca’s raw format combined political activists, poets, musicians, artists all sharing similar views and exposing them to NYC in a raw uncut independent as fuck way.
Coca talked about protests, anti-nuke activism, local and world news & a slew of other wild and
out there things. Shes super duper out there, and burns a joint
through the entire show so get ready for some “crickets” moments but
stay stuned because its all must see.

YOU AIN'T GOT THESE :: DIGGIN' WITH TED KING
On one of Ted King’s many, crazy diggin’, missions, he stumbled upon a collector who collected toys as well as vinyl. While looking around dudes basement, Ted found this, YO RAP edition of none other than, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, Michelangelo.Thats right! Not only did Mikey fight crime, but he also found time to step to the booth and produce! Upon further inspection, Rappin’ Mike rocks a wife beater plus a gold colored rope chain with a clock, stuntin’ like flavor flav boyeeee! He’s also kitted down with a portable turntable around his waste and backpack speakers to boot! If that ain’t enough, his two finger rings read MIKE——RAPS! Sick toy, good luck finding i! Peace Out – Tes-Uno

CUSTOMER COMMENT OF THE WEEK
As we continue on with our series of customer comments…
Bill Cooper from Boston, Massachusetts in the 02111
“ Hey I just wanted to let you guys know – Boundless is the only place I shop. I’d rather spend my money and support a local independent shop like you than a big corporate chain posing.
Money can’t buy credibility, and it won’t buy my support. I tell everyone I know to shop at Boundless NY!!! ”
Bill Cooper, thank you for supporting Boundless NY.
