Our good friends over at Daptone Records set Brooklyn on fire this past weekend with Sharon Jones, The Dap Kings and The Budos Band performing Saturday Night for the Celebrate Brooklyn Showcase! at Prospect Park.

Boundless NY Photographer Shawn Brackbill was front and center to capture their amazing live performances.

If you haven’t seen Sharon Jones sing live, you’re missing out it’s an amazing spectacle. I’d rate seeing 100 Days, 100 Nights performed live as one of my top 5 live songs ever. It’s so good.


The Dap Kings hold their own as well. If you have a chance to see them on tour with Sharon Jones this Summer/Fall make sure you get a ticket. You’ll dance and vibe out all night when they hit the stage.


Both The Budos Band & Sharon Jones’ and The Dap Kings have new projects out. As a result the shows we’re definitely heavy on new material as well as the classics.


The Budos Band live on stage. All of their albums stay on heavy rotation at Boundless. Can’t wait to get my hands on a copy of the new Budos III

Here’s how it works:
